Our clients have a continuing programme of works to alter,
extend and improve their existing properties and our work takes us
to all parts of the country. Most of our commercial work is
fast-track and involves integration of complex services.
The practice is able to call upon a vast expertise in the Retail
sector in food and non-food developments from large stand-alone
supermarkets to small high street shops and restaurants. These
projects range from green field sites to sensitive locations within
existing neighbourhoods where demand for efficient, state of the
art stores must be tempered with the demands from local residents.
The practice has achieved this in many areas, and we have been

We have also been requested to upgrade stores to improve
existing facilities available to shoppers. Constant upgrading
of facilities underlines the importance of flexibility and
co-operation with the operators. When planning facilities on
