The practice was established in 1947 and has a reputation for
award winning designs and state of the art technical/management
production methods.
The range and size of the commissions has grown considerably
enabling the practice to develop skills and increase investment in
new technology and staff.
Since the mid 1980's we have been involved with many fast-track
schemes and office developments and we are delighted to number
several "blue chip" names amongst our valued Clients. We have
been able to strengthen the establishment of our Practice and
add to the variety of commissions undertaken and in hand.
We currently have a team of 10 personnel including senior
architects, architectural technical assistants, computer drafting
specialists and support staff: with CAD drafting and email
connections to Clients, Consultants and Contractors and
workstations for technical information and financial support.
We have established partnering with other Architectural
practices throughout the world for projects outside the United
Kingdom.
Since it's founding, the Practice has stressed the synthesis of
five major design criteria in all undertakings: Context,
Aesthetics, Function, Cost and Construction time. The relative
importance of each is established in consultation with Clients.
We continually seek to achieve the best possible balance of
design and engineering disciplines to create functionally viable
solutions. Throughout the process the design teams also take into
account the economic, social and cultural environment in which the
project is located.
